I was received at the front desk, paying in advance for an hour session. They were energetic & adequate on communication. My therapist was very experienced & applied various levels of pressure, being responsive to feedback. The one thing I was put off by was tipping expectation at the end, so a lack of courtesy would be a primary reason I may choose other establishments over this in the future.
